Today we met at Stonetowns Mall for a field trip. We had to pick two stores and draw out the floorplan of each. we are also suppose to use tracing paper to show the flow of traffic.

Feb 18

Today we presented our valentine's party ideas. My group created the "puppy love" childhood party. It is themed around all the valentine's day events that happened in childhood. After that we had a discussion about the logo. There was some good feedback and I think we're a little closer to a final. Lastly, we drew out one side of the room 151 floorplan. My group got the front half.

Feb 14

In today's class we discussed setting up an event centered around words that we thought described valentine's day. My group chose the word cliche and decided to create an event that nostolgic of all the valentine's day we experienced growing up.

We also discussed the logo further and decided to go in the direction of the lunar moons curving over the word. Additionally, we agreed on using the futura font.

The first logo goes along with what was discussed in class. I played around with the font and created another logo that I think leaves more room for interpretation.

Feb 12

During this class session we decided on a tag line and had an open forum to discuss the logo. We finally got a perminant teacher and spent some time discussing the future of the class.
